OUR FIRST PROJECT

The Westerly Revolving Fund's first project, 6 Beach Street, presented a fantastic opportunity to save a key property on the Main Street/Beach Street corridor.  This 4 unit one bedroom apartment building was transformed from a crumbling building back to a classic example of a coastal cottage.  The building is owner occupied and also provides 3 workforce housing apartments
